RCPD hosts a medication drop off location for you to dispose of potentially dangerous, expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs.

Expired or unused prescription medicines can lead to potential accidental poisoning, misuse and overdose. Proper disposal of unused drugs saves lives and protects our environment.

Empty your pills into a clear Ziploc bag and bring them to RCPD, 2897 Kilgore Road, for disposal Monday-Friday from 9 AM-5 PM. The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked.

Please note that we do NOT accept sharps or liquids.
