RCPD hosts and participates in a number of events throughout the year. We hope you will join us at an upcoming event to meet our team, ask questions, and learn how we can work together to keep our community safe.

In April 2021, RCPD will transition from Neighborhood Watch Drop-Ins to in-person Neighborhood Watch meetings. Learn more

RCPD Service Center Closure

RCPD wishes you a safe and happy New Year! In observance of the holiday season, RCPD's Service Center will be closing at 3 PM on Friday, December 30 and closed on Monday, January 2. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 3 during normal business hours. Our dispatchers and patrol officers will still be here for you, 24/7.

If you plan to partake in the festivities, remember these three things:

  • If you plan to drink, don’t drive, period. Make plans for a sober ride home before you head out to the bar or to a celebration.
  • DUI doesn’t just mean alcohol. Prescription drugs with warning labels about driving, and marijuana, especially in combination with alcohol or other drugs, can also impair driving and result in a DUI.
  • If you see an impaired driver on the road, immediately call 911.
