Deputies responded to the residence and located a 31-year-old male suffering from a stab wound to the upper torso. Deputies immediately began life saving measure. Deputies detained Sanabria at the scene without incident. Both Sanabria and the victim lived at the residence. The victim was a long time live-in boyfriend of Sanabria’s mother.
